Miller also owns a 1974-vintage Fibes set (made by CF
Martin) with fiberglass shells
and antique copper finish. This set (what Fibes called the Forte set) consists of a 5 x 14
SFT 690 snare drum, 8 x 12 tom, 9 x 13 tom, 16 x 16 tom, and 14 x 22 bass drum. The
original Fibes Uniball double tom holder has been replaced with a late-70s
Rogers MemriLoc holder; all other drum hardware is original.
Accompanying this set are vintage Orange bass drum and hi-hat pedals
(imported from France and distributed in the U.S. by Pro-Mark) and
70s-era Slingerland cymbal stands.
